What services do you provide?

How do you charge for your services?
All services are tailor-made. After you submit a project request, we provide a written proposal and fixed price quote in USD. You pay only after approving the proposal.
Do you offer subscriptions or recurring payments?
No. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring payments. All payments are one-time project or milestone payments based on the approved proposal.
When does work start?
Work starts right after we receive your payment and confirm it by email. Payment is processed securely via an online invoice using providers such as Stripe.
What is your delivery timeframe?
Delivery time depends on project complexity. Typical projects range from 1–6 weeks. The specific delivery timeframe is always included in your written proposal before you make payment.
Do you offer refunds?

What currencies and payment methods do you support?
We currently quote and charge in USD. Payments are completed via secure online invoice using major cards or other methods provided by our payment providers such as Stripe.
