Before Work Starts

If you cancel your project before we begin any development work, we will refund 100% of your payment.

After Work Has Started

If you cancel after work has started, we may provide a partial refund based on the percentage of work already completed. This will be calculated reasonably and communicated in writing.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Third-party fees purchased on your behalf (e.g., domain names, hosting, premium plugins) are non-refundable once purchased.

Refund Request Timeframe

You may request a refund within 30 days of your payment date. After 30 days, refunds are generally not available.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@alphatechgroup.site with your name, project reference, payment date, and reason for the request. We will review and respond promptly.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any issues before opening disputes with your bank or card issuer. We prioritize fair outcomes and transparent communication.
