Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the website and services provided by AlphaTech Group LLC.

Services

We provide web development and related digital services including custom websites, landing pages, e-commerce setup, maintenance, performance optimization, UI/UX improvements, and API integrations. We do not serve high-risk sectors such as adult content, gambling, or financial speculation.

Quotes & Proposals

All engagements are based on a written proposal sent via email. The proposal defines scope, deliverables, pricing in USD, and estimated timelines. Clients must approve the proposal in writing (email approval is acceptable) before payment.

Payments

All prices are quoted in USD.
Payment is made via online invoice using secure payment providers such as Stripe.
Payment is due before work begins or per agreed milestone schedule outlined in the proposal.
There is no automatic or recurring billing.

Start of Work & Delivery

Work begins after payment confirmation. Timeframes provided in proposals are estimates made in good faith. We will act reasonably to meet agreed timelines and will communicate proactively about progress.

Client Responsibilities

Provide necessary content, approvals, and access to systems in a timely manner.
Ensure rights to all materials supplied, including text, images, trademarks, and third-party assets.
Participate in reviews and provide feedback to keep the project on schedule.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership or a license to the final deliverables as defined in the proposal. Any third-party licenses or dependencies will be disclosed in writing.

Acceptable Use

Services may not be used for illegal content, fraud, spam, adult content, gambling, or any other high-risk activity not permitted by our payment partners or applicable law.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaTech Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. Services are provided “as-is” except as expressly stated in the proposal.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of New Mexico, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
